About Software Requirements

At the time of writing the Software requirement the user or customer, cannot visualize all the aspects of the required software, it involves intensive visualization and concept, so there is greater chance that there will be short comings in software requirement document.  So how this problem can be resolved while writing software requirements?

Customer provides requirements in abstract form as not every customer is from technical domain. It is task of development team to sort out what customer actually wants. Requirement analysis phase is aimed at doing so. Requirements are analysised, refined and verified from customer before development. Once customer verifies then document is finalized. Then we move to development.
