Design Document Sharing ?

In order to better understand user requirements; is it advisable to share the design document with the user?

Requirement analysis phase is concerned with understanding and finalizing user requirements. Once requirements are identified, analyzed and finalized. Sign off of both parties is done on consensus developed. Signing means both parties are agreed what is being developed now. There is no need to share design document with the user. It is not advisable unless it is required.
