Difference between SQL and DBMS SQL

What is the basic difference between SQL and DBMS SQL?explain it?

SQL(Structured Query language) is a standard language used to communicate with the database. SQL statements are used to perform tasks such as update data on a database, or retrieve data from the database. Some common relational database management systems that use SQL are: Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Access etc.
There is no any difference SQL and DBMS SQL.
