Who is responsible to make User Interface requirement in SRS documents? Is it the customer/user or the developers?
The person who is developing the system is responsible for developing the User Interfaces of the system. These interfaces are then included in the SRS document by the software engineer and the purpose is the reduce the dissatisfaction of the customer at requierment phase.
