Taking Snapshot of SQL server

I want to know that what is the method of taking snapshot in sql and saving into MSword.

Simply press "Print Scrn" button from keyboard while you are working in MS SQL Server and past this image into MS Paint. From here you can edit this picture and save into your hard drive. After saving, you are able to copy and paste these images into any of your documents.
