Total participation in identifying relationship

Whether a weak entity type;must have total participation in an identifying relationship OR does not have a key attribute(s)?

A week entity type definitely has some attributes and equally participates in establishing relationship among other entities. Difference is that week entity depends another entity. For example in an IT organization “computer” is a week entity associated with a particular person while during office hours. Although Computer has some attributes in terms of specifications but it’s a week entity.
