What is static and dynamic information. we say object have static information or dynamic information what actually its means ?

Static information of an object means information about structure of objects in the systems, their relationships, their attributes and their services. Where dynamic information means information about collaborations among objects and changes to the internal states of objects. These both, combinely present complete view of an object or system.
