Once, finding and evaluating several competitive advantages, how a company select and focus the best advantage among them to make positioning strategy.? Means, what kind of factors would be involved to choose best competitive advantage

Competitive advantage:

A competitive advantage is an advantage over competitors gained by offering consumers greater value, either by means of lower prices or by providing greater benefits and service that justifies higher prices.

For example, Added value, less costs is a competitive advantage and is almost necessary for a business to survive unless you’re a disruptive technology. Basically, you take an existing product and add value to the customer and reduce the costs

• the extent to which the business concept is an efficient way of delivering customer benefits
• the extent to which the business concept is unique;
• the degree to a fit among the elements of the business concept; and.
• the extent to which the business concept exploits profit boosters that have the potential to generate above-average returns.
