What are the meanings of customer-driven and customer-obsessed?

Customer- driven strategies reflect that they have been designed keeping in view the likings and preferences of customers. Customer obsessed depicts the same principle with more emphasis however. These two terms have been mentioned in lecture1 and brings home the fact that all strategies, moves and steps of the firm should cater the needs, likings, preferences of the customer.
