Difference in Market and market place?

What is difference between “Market and market place”. Please shortly brief in this regard with an example.

A market comprises of all varieties of situations, institutions, procedures wherein interested parties engage in exchange. E.g. stock market, labor market etc.

A market place refers to the physical place wherein the buyers actually in the exchange process E.g. Shopping centers, shopping malls etc.
