Forum is a non-profit industry, a group of people or an organization that is dedicated for the development of new emerging technology networks, like broad band technology networks. People that work on forums are telecommunications networking agencies and service provider companies, broadband devices and equipment vendors, consultants and independent testing labs (ITLs).
These forums develop techniques, technology that make communication scenarios, ways batter than previous used.
