What is congestion control and TX system?

Congestion means transmission medium is overloaded with data. This situation occur when there are too many senders, sending data or when receiver is not able to receive data (slow speed).That ways medium got congested and start discarding data or loss of data occur.
Congestion control means how to avoid this overloaded situation so that data loss never occur
Different techniques are used for this
Proper synchronization between sender/receiver
Pre-allocation of resources and there are many other.

For any Information or data to be communicated over a network there is a node that generates or transmits that information. The sender node point which is transferring information is termed here as “TX" or Transmitter point & the Destination node point that has to receive that information is abbreviated as “RX" or receiver point. TX medium is the physical path through which data travels from one node to another (Twisted Pair cables etc.).
