Explain me about private network architecture?

A network is said to be private if use of the network is restricted to one group. A private network can include circuits or lines leased from a service provider. Just like a network for some university having two different campuses like old and new campus and some medium or line may be connecting these two campuses and it is currently under the control of the university’s it department only. No person or system from outs side of these campuses has access to this network this type of network is called a private network.
