What is Encoding,Decoding and Communication Process

Please tell me about Encoding and Decoding Terms.
And what is Communication process? With examples.

Encoding is a process of converting your idea into message by assigning appropriate symbols and words using some language. This is done by the communicator or the sender in the process of communication. Whereas decoding is a process of understanding and interpreting those symbols and words. Decoding is performed by the person who receives that message.

Communication process involves sending and receiving of message for sharing and common understanding. This process begins with a sender who has some idea to communicate. Sender encodes his/her idea into words, symbols using some language and transmit the message using some channel of communication. When receiver receives this message, he/she interpret those symbols and words into meaning. Receiver understand and interpret the message in the context that is the body language, tone of voice, expressions etc and give his/her reaction to that message in the form of feed back.
