Why is communication important? Is communication only 2 ways?
Communication plays an important role in our daily lives. It is a human need. It has to do the most in every aspect of our life. We are dependent on the communication to express ourselves, to share our thoughts, ideas feelings and concerns to others. Whether it is our personal life or professional life, it is communication that helps us build and maintain our relations with others. It is the communication that helps us to lead, control and influence and convince others. The person with effective communication skills is better able to achieve its desired goals and present himself in a well manner at any platform.

Now come to your second question. If I rightly percieved, You asked if communication is only two way?, the answer is "It can also be one way" but that would not be effective. It means that to be effective, communication should be two way. Two way communication means that parties and individuals involved in the communication process should gives their feedback and share their views and concerns in response to the received messages so that a common understanding may develop.
