It is vital that organizations embrace SPMM in order to avoid repeating the same (potentially very costly) mistakes and then use these results to self evaluate and move the organization more efficiently towards a model of success
Small organizations see the adoption of SPMM as a luxury that requires many employees in order to effectively achieve the desired results and may be more inclined to hire a single professional experience in SPMM rather than train the employees from the ground up due to cost associated with training the employees and with production cycle time loss resultant in training.
