Wamp goes green Localhost not working

When i start my wamp server it's start perfectly and become green also but localhost is not working properly. as IIS server i have already stopped. so what i should now? please give me some guidance, i am using windows 7.0 32 bit , WampServer Version 2.2. it's really appreciate for your guidance

try http://127.0.0.1 or http://your-computer-name
Check out jlbn.net or wamp server forums.
check if wamp and apache services have started.. look for an error related to the service in system event log
or if you using skype first exit the skype then try it..
