How to Hard Reset Lumia 920 - Nokia Phone

Step 1 ( turn phone off )

1. Press and hold the power key.
2. When Phone vibrates release the power key.
3. Press and hold the volume down key.
4. When exclamation mark displayed on the screen release the volume down key.
   

Step 2 (press the following buttons)

Now you need to press the following button to go for reset option or read the screen. You will know the reset option.

1. Press Volume Up
   
2. Press Volume Down
   
3. Press Power
4. Press Volume Down
   

Step 3

The phone will reset and boot up automatically again. Please not that this may take several time.
