Finding a Wordpress Developer / Server Admin

Where is a good resource to find a wp developer/ server admin? I have used ODesk in the past with mixed results and I would like to find somebody in the same timezone. or at least not in Ukraine. I want somebody who can walk me through some steps on my current project and also to consult periodically about future projects.

Although I have not used it, https://codeable.io/ seems like it could be a good place to find some. Posting here is also a way. I maybe to help you out too.
