What is Branding,Trade Marks and Trade register

The American Marketing Association (AMA) defines a brand as a "name, term, sign, symbol or design, or a combination of them intended to identify the goods and services of one seller or group of sellers and to differentiate them from those of other sellers. Thus branding is about making your potential customers identify your brand and convince them that your brand solves their problems.

The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office defines a trademark as words, names, symbols and product design features that are used to distinguish the products or services of one manufacturer or seller from another. Trade register provides official information on businesses of the whole country. It may include current or old register entries, articles of association and partnership agreements or rules.
