Basically, Fragility means lacking physical or emotional strength. It also means easily breakable. It is used for the objects that are not made of strong material and the objects which require great care when handled. Fragility is one of the draw backs of Fiber Optics because Fiber Optics is made of glass which is a very fragile material. So, it cannot be used in extreme conditions where hardware portability is required.
